ANTI-SLIP PERFORMANCE
Racing rigs generate significant downward force and vibration, especially during hard braking and force feedback events. The RX1FM uses a rubber backing to prevent the rig from moving on hard floors. The anti-slip underside keeps the cockpit, wheel stand, and pedal set in place during aggressive steering and trail braking, preventing the gradual movement that unsecured rigs may experience on smooth surfaces.
FLOOR PROTECTION AND VIBRATION DAMPENING
Hardwood, laminate, and tile floors can be scratched or dented under the concentrated weight of sim racing equipment. The mat withstands continuous contact with rig frames, chair casters, and pedal bases while helping distribute the load across its surface. Its 3 mm thickness also absorbs vibrations that would otherwise transfer directly to the floor. This is especially useful in apartments and shared spaces, where reducing operational noise can make a noticeable difference.
STITCHED EDGE CONSTRUCTION
The reinforced stitched border helps prevent fraying and peeling along contact points where rig frames and chair casters meet the mat. The stitched edges also help the mat retain its shape and appearance during regular use, folding, and rolling for storage.
